TSC on after engine cleaning

I am in the process of selling my 1995 Q45t and I had a slug/spillage issue near there power steering reservoir and near the radiator cap, so I bought an engine cleaner, applied it waited 10-15 minutes , rinsed it off, when I got in the car, the TCS and Slip light was on...What did I do ????

Did you cover up ALL the electrical components?

My guess would be the Throttle Postion Sensor AKA TPS.

Try doing AT-CHECK and see if you get a code 3.
