Yeah UpRev is notoriously bad at customer service. I'd go to a tuner.

You will need to do a rom dump first, which means you'll have to make a copy of your ECU file and send it to UpRev so they can unlock it. We have Gen IV ECUs in our cars, which are different than the easy ECUs of Zs, Gs, etc.

Or you can go to a GOOD tuner who can do the same thing for you on the spot and then tune it. But I highly suggest you do an exhaust modification (I suggest custom exhaust), otherwise the tune doesn't gain as much. Getting rid of the Y-pipe for 2 straight pipes makes an ENORMOUS difference, but you will have to cut it off. The noise of the car hardly changes - it just allows a lot more exhaust flow.

Thanks, I did a stillen cat back and I was debating whether to get rid of the y pipes and put the straight pipes because of noise, but if you say it doesn't I might just do it, on the stillen site they sell an additional piece of exhaust with or without the cat has anyone installed this piece? Or have any suggestions?

Y-Pipes are the first thing that goes when my warranty runs out and then UpRev.

UpRev changed my G35 in to a completely different machine; but a good tuner is absolutely key!

I'm curious about the offsets and tire sizes as well.

Just found this video on youtube. All the guy did was a custom cat-back exhaust, K&N filter replacement, and a tune. Got 27HP increase and 34lb ft tq putting the power to 457HP/506TQ.

Lots of good info guys. My Stillen near cat back arrives today. Had I seen this post sooner may have considered deleting the Y pipe and doing a custom. No worries though, that new exhaust splits to dual pipes after the Y pipe flange so I can still delete the Y and have a shop run two pipes back into it so I keep the remainder of that sexy stainless steel. Gonna bolt it on as is this w/e, I can't wait much longer. What's the feeling on that second set of cats, delete as well or keep? There's no O2 sensor after them so I'm guessing the ECU won't mind much. The stock pipes were sh*t, both mufflers were cracked at the flange weld and one had completely broken off.
