trying to repair Digital speedo(large pics inside)

I'm trying to fix my digital speedo. I did a search and found out that some can be fixed by soldering some of the solder points on back. I have it all apart, but I don't know what looks fine, and what looks bad. I solder all my radioo installs and any wiring I do, but I haven't worked on a circut board yet. if anyone can point me in a direction I would appriciate it.

by the way, my speedo works when I start the car, I hear a high pitched ring when it's working, but it shuts off after roughly a minute. I fugure it works so I know it's not in that bad a shape. I'd rather fix this than switch to analog.
