usually places come with side mount intercoolers (they should, otherwise its an incomplete swap...). If your lucky, sometimes they just give you whatever comes with the engine from the container (a buddy of mine got a front mount intercooler along with some other aftermarket goodies straight from the container)

things I suggest you should replace:

fuel filter (get a z32 one)fuel pump (get the walbro 255lph one)clutch (either oem or whatever, but you might as well do it while the transmission is out)

You should replace:

BeltsHoses (fuel, coolant, vacuum)Spark plugs (Adrian? lol)Water PumpThermostatCoolant temp sensor (the one for the ECU)Front/rear main sealsRear trans sealNew clutch (thing is a PITA to change once motor is in car, have flywheel checked & re-surfaced if need be)All new fluidsNew filters (oil & fuel) use a Z32 fuel filterFuel pump (aforementioned Walbro or better)Check your OEM oil pan. The slightest dent can block the oil pickup from working, starving your motor of oil and destroying it. If you need a new one, go ahead and replace the oil pump pickup with an S14 one (will fit on S13 SR's & is better design)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
