trying to kill the rasp

I've got an eBay header and cat back already on as well as a weapon r dragon Sri but I'm trying to cut down on the rasp. Anything above 3500rpm is ear splitting. I don't really care if it gets a little louder but I need it deeper sounding. I was considering some cherry bombs or an apexi n1 2.25 in 4 out muffler but I'm not sure and am on a budget so I don't wanna waste money.
I'm new here so sorry in advance if i missed an earlier thread on this.

You need a resonator if you dont already have one or a bigger one if you do.

Its got about a 1.5-2ft resonator on it already I don't think it'll fit a bigger one. I was considering removing the last cat and sticking a 12in cherry bomb in do you think that would help?
