Trying to get SR20 to run right

Hey everyone,I've been trying to work on my a 91 chassy with SR20 I just picked up to put into my 90 and haven't been able to get it to run right since I bought it. Here's what I've got: Black top with a FReddy intake, walboro fuel pump, FPR set to 40psi, top mount t3/t4, FMIC, new NGK BKR7EIX-11's, deatschwerk 740cc injectors, Z32 N62 MAF, Rom tuned ECU (for injectors, turbo, maf, and 264 cams which I don't have yet), and no exhaust from the downpipe back.

Issue: The thing runs rich and I cannot quickly rev it without it choking itself. If I slowly rev I can get to about 2500 and then it precedes to Here's a video: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ASPZXL7E (yes I know the car looks like s*** but I didn't buy it for the chassy, just the engine and what it came with)

My vacuum lines go from the manifold to the FPR and the other goes to the top and bottom of the wastegate. Not currently running a boost controller, BOV, or A/F gauge yet.

My goal is to just get the engine running properly. That way when I do pull it and rebuild it, I know how everything is set up and minimize downtime.

Hey guys, just wanted to update. I got it running finally. Ended up the previous owner didn't have the MAF wired in at all. There was a 3" gap in the harness. Now it runs all the way up to 7500rpm, but right around the 1500 area it stumbles. 2K+ it's fine and pulls. I'm thinking it may be a vacuum leak of sorts, but would like some more input. Also, I'm still trying to figure out my vacuum diagrams. Here's what I've come up with thus far:
