Hey everyone,I've been trying to work on my a 91 chassy with SR20 I just picked up to put into my 90 and haven't been able to get it to run right since I bought it. Here's what I've got: Black top with a FReddy intake, walboro fuel pump, FPR set to 40psi, top mount t3/t4, FMIC, new NGK BKR7EIX-11's, deatschwerk 740cc injectors, Z32 N62 MAF, Rom tuned ECU (for injectors, turbo, maf, and 264 cams which I don't have yet), and no exhaust from the downpipe back.
Issue: The thing runs rich and I cannot quickly rev it without it choking itself. If I slowly rev I can get to about 2500 and then it precedes to Here's a video:

My vacuum lines go from the manifold to the FPR and the other goes to the top and bottom of the wastegate. Not currently running a boost controller, BOV, or A/F gauge yet.
My goal is to just get the engine running properly. That way when I do pull it and rebuild it, I know how everything is set up and minimize downtime.
Also, if you've noticed my title I have been trying to work on this over at Zilvia. I'm just looking to see if anyone here has any more input.

I know I'm a :, but I'm trying to fix that. Thanks
