Trying to get Injen Intake

hello,I have altima coupe 2.5s and I am thinking about getting Injen intakeI really don't know much about cars so my question is pretty stupidHow much is injen intake?how much more hp with injen intake?

There are no "real" horsepower gains with the intake. A dyno might show 1-2 more horsepower, but nothing you can feel. Where it really makes me happy is the sound! My 2.5 used the whine in the 1800-2500-ish RPM range, and after installing the Injen intake, it doesn't anymore! I absolutely hated the way my car sounded before, but now it is A LOT better. When first installed, you could only really tell a difference in sound at 4000+rpm (minus the previously mentioned whining sound), but after about 500 miles you can hear the difference throughout the entire RPM range. Plus, it looks nice.

well you might not have felt a difference but its there. take yours off and put the stock back on and try to get on like to highway, you'll feel a difference

Well, the throttle response improved, yes; but there isn't really any extra power.

The combination of the Intake and Exhaust made a difference for myself. The intake by itself produced Throttle response and a definitely better sounding engine.

the combination of the 2 will give put you back in your seat a little more
