Anyone here on NICO have a black/black Kouki besides me?I know one other person located in GA who owns an automatic one, and I've been told there is also another one in St. Louis, but other than those two cars, I don't know if any more exist. I know there are more out there- anyone?

Nice car all except for the fact i think automatics are gay, but you don't see many black on black koukis. I got a white zenki

We need to try to get together and organize a state-wide 240 meet. Would you be interested in helping me get something together?

I know, everyone says automatics are gay. They take the fun out of driving, they launch slowly, use valuable horsepower, blah blah... I'm going to eventually swap to a 5spd transmission once I am able to collect all the necessary parts. Until then, I'll just have to be content with not being quite as fast, but at least I can talk on the phone, eat, and drive at the same time... Well, I would be able to if I didn't constantly attempt to triple speed limit signs...

torque converter=2x torque mutiplication from stand still...now If only it would go in the right gear in time for the next corner...

autos are often used by drag racers because they can actualy launch faster then manuels(assuming the grip is their) just have the car in gear, brake and bring it up to the TC's stall speed then let off the brake, should drop ample torque to the wheels
