Trying to find an ecu but have a question

Im tryin to find a replacement ecu for my rb20. As a rule of thumb i always try to replace stuff like this with one of the same number but i was wondering if it matters if i get an ecu of a different number, i have a #22 but the only one ive been able to find is a #65. what do you guys think?
