Trying to figure out what bearings i need..

A suppose a more advanced question. i took my crank to the machine and had it turned 25/1000ths i believe is what they said? do i just order the .25 overside bearings then??? do my mainjournals and pin journal grades even matter anymore?? <--- confused.

yes you need oversized bearings, the shop that did the work should be able to help you order the correct bearings, and when you put it all together be sure to use plastiguage to make sure you have the right rolerance

Just something I was wondering:
Is that 0.025"(over 0.5mm), that alot to be machined for a crank, isn't it??.
I thought the Z32 cranks had nitrided journals, if so the 0.025" machining would have removed all that case hardening.
(Note a typical niriding cases are 0.010" max).
