My tires are 225/45/18 in the frontand 245/45/18 in the rear. Im trying to figure out what size wheels i need to replace my existing wheels.

Depends on what you want to accomplish. Your best bet? Search for pics of your car, and ask existing owners what sizes they're using.
20's are a great fit on your car (here's mine with 20×9.5 / 20×10.5 and 255/30 and 285/30 tires):
