Hey guys I'm new here, and I probubly wouldn't be if my swap wasn't giving me hell. I was wondering if anybody has a rewiring diagram for the CA harness when swapping from a KA to a CA. I've found from CA to SR and KA to SR, but none of the KA to CA. If I don't do it on my own I'll be forced to pay a guy in Florida $400 to rewire it for me. Thanks.

As Chris said, the wiring for the CA is the same as the SR.

You do realize that wiring a CA or SR is about as easy as hooking up a car stereo, right? If you can operate a soldering iron and match colors, you can do it. I don't understand how or why so many people have trouble with this? Took me about an hour and a half to 2 hours to COMPLETELY redo my entire harness and rewire it.

Sometimes I guess I read too much into things, but I'm just afraid to get it wrong. If I had a full diagram of the rewiring I could do it easily without worry.

Yeah, Ive been doing CA and SR wiring into s13's and s14's for years. Yes Ive done plenty of CA harnesses, Ive done CA into s13, CA into s14, as well as wiring for guys in Europe and Japan doing CA to SR swaps and vice versa. After I recieve both the KA and CA harness it will be done and shipped back out withihn 2 days. Everything is soldered and heat wrapped btw, incase anyone was wondering. I don't just twist wires together or use connectors.

C-rad is right though. S13 wiring in general is not terribly difficult if your comfortable with wiring. There are alot of people out there that hate wiring and don't even want to touch it though, I guess thats were most of my business comes from. If anyone wants to check out my feedback on ebay my seller id is damesta.

CA18DETswap-the email you sent me won't let me reply because theres some kind of security certificate on it. Send me a normal email if you want to talk about it.

Hey damesta: How much would you charge to clean up my harness? It is already modified to run a CA (obviously) Think you could make a trip up here? Of course i would pay. I just want my harness to be really clean, LOL.
