the trans sensors don't need to be hooked up for the car to run, but it does make everything look nice if they're hooked up.
When I do an SR swap, I mount the ignitor on the passenger side, minus the bracket. There is a hole on the passenger side strut tower that has is threaded. Normally the ASCD equipment goes there, but you can use the top hole for the ignitor, and then drill a hole for the bottome one.
For the boost gauge, I tap the vac line that runs to my boost actuator.
The oil pressure gauge should have a sending unit. That unit screws into the location for the oil pressure sending switch (located right next to the oil filter). You'll need to pull the big long brace that anchors the intake manifold to the block. It blocks access to the sender. Some gauges send a sandwich adapter that allows both the stock unit and the gauge sender to simultaneously be used.
