Well I havent found any reviews on it so I though I would write a quick one.

For the record, I just got this POS bov because my stock one was leaking really bad for some reason, and I was in a little money bind and had success with one on my gsr-t civic a while back, but it might have been real who knows, I bought it used.

Quality- Well it doesnt look bad, I did manage to strip out one of the "cover" bolts a little bit but it still fit in, came with extra bolts, nuts for the diaphragm housing, 2 T fittings, 2 hose clamps, and a aluminum flange.

Functionality- Few words can describe this, piece of crap, trashworthy, useless etc. Well a few ebay products are hit or miss, in my case it was miss. The spring in this thing way way to stiff, you could barely hear it after 5 seconds of compressor surge adjusted all the way out. I had to take the small spring out of a freddy type s I got for 3 dollars from a freind and cut it the right length to get this thing to stop surging, but after a few trial and error it works like a hks now.

Price- I paid like 47 shipped off ebay, not bad if it worked.

Sound- Well I am assuming with the insert it sounds just liek a HKS SSQV, but like a few others I hate the whistle noise so I took it out, now it sounds "calm" and decent.

All in all, I would not recommend this as a good knock off product, I would bite the dust and pay 120 or so for a used one or 170+ for a new one.

This is the one I bought

I got a freddy type-s off e-bay for $20 new. I took it apart and replaced the cheap diaphram with 4mm thick rubber from the hardware store (just cut in the shape of the old piece). Useing both springs and adjusting the screw to a hard setting its been working fine for almost a year. It blows off at 3 psi and up. It doesn't leak or flutter and sounds good even being recirculated.
