trunk release intermittent

2013 M37X - TRUNK WILL GET STUCK IN SAFETY POSITION AND MUST BE OPENED BY LOCAL BUTTON UNDER INFINITY LOGO. TEMPORARY FIX, ADD A 1 1/2" BY 3/4 INCH SPRING TO POP THE TRUNK OPEN WHEN RELEASED BY KEYFOB OR INTERIOR BUTTON. IT SEEMS THAT MY TRUNK SPRINGS ARE TOO WEAK TO POP THE TRUNK BY THEMSELVES. YES THE CAR US UNDER WARRANTY. WILL NOT USE A DEALERSHIP UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
