Trunk Lid spoiler - M35

I think I like the trunk lid spoiler for my 06 M35. anyone know how it attaches? Any negative thoughts about this add on?

I had the factory version installed by my dealer. It attaches by drilling 4 holes with the middle two being 10mm bolts. The outside two are fasteners with the addition of adhesive. It comes pre-painted and looks great. About $350 or so installed.

I bought mine on ebay for $150 and attached myself....all it requires is adhesive...Looks great if you ask me...
