TrueDelta's reliability survey -- need more responses, especially 2003 and 2004

There are now 252 G35s signed up for all model years, and I'll have results for all years next month. That said, all but 2007 will be asterisked for insufficient sample size. The response rates for the 2003 and 2004 in particular are unusually low.
