I read on heavy throttle that if you install your sr20det and you don't have oil pressure or if the oil pump isn't pumping oil at all that it can be primed through the turbo oil return line.

From what I hear its the line right next to the powersteering pump that goes into the block?

Would someone know how to do this correctly or have any pointers on how to know if you have a bad oil pump?

The engine set sat for about 15 months and it was good when it was pulled and now no oil is flowing through it.

I tried taking the lower pan off and changing the lower pickup/screen, i don't have any dents in the pan at all?

Any idea or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

yes, but nissan online mechanic is geared more towards stock stuff. you will get a response here, but you will probably get a quicker/better one in 240 tech
