My 86.5 Hardbody is leaning in the front to the right. My right tire is experiencing accelerated/premature tread wear on the outside of it. Is something bent or bushings warped or shocks bad? Please help!!!!

could be a spring that has lost its spring rate. Kind of like being collapsed. The shock only dampens the wheel when it moves and how fast or slow it moves up and down. Sounds like a sacked spring. Take a look to see if something is bent or warped like it took a hit. If not spring has sacked out, meaning lost its ability to hold up fully. May need to have a shop check it out. They can put it in a spring rate machine and see if it takes the same pressure to move it fully like the other spring. Check all bushings and bee sure one has not totally crapped out. Bushings and ball joints can do this after many miles. Most likely a bushing or ball joint has disentegrated

You may be able to readjust the torsion bar back to the correct ride height. The adjstor bolt is in the crossmember where the Tbar is anchored.

Definitely get in for an alighnment afterward.
