truck transmission

Ok, if nissan trucks and 240s share the ka motor will the transmission form a 2wd '94 truck fit in a '97 240sx? Any advice is greatful.

i think they are the same code, but check some online transmission places and find out for sure cause its been a while since i've looked them up. I checked KA24E models though, yours may vary

why would you want the truck transmission?

Don't quote me on this, but the truck transmission might have different gear ratios. You might want to look into that.

Thanks for the info. I didn't think about the gear ratio in the transmission. I was thinking about the rear diff ratio being different. I'll keep searching.
