Troubleshooting hard start when warm/hot

So I don't take you through the redundancy of the I30 weird starting phenomenon, can someone tell me the ohm reading for the mass air flow sensor and test to rule in or out, a bad Mass Air flow sensor on a 97 I30?
The other thought was Seafoam to clean the air passages, any opinions on Seafoam and how do you introduce it into the engine, do you take a vacuum hose off somewhere and let it suck it in?
