well i have mismatched plugs for my throttle body and harness. i purchased the engine from a local distributor which included the wiring harness but the lugs dont match up.

here are pictures of what im talking about:

is there any way that i can splice the harnesses together or am i going to have look for a throttle position sensor that has the same plug as the one on the harness. if i need a new throttle position sensor which one will fit this plug. thanks.

Your engine harness is correct but you got the wrong TPS sensor. Get a TPS from a 97' 200sx 2.0l . Its the exact part # as the stock SR because I just bought one last week.

Thats an auto TPS, your other choice is to just solder the proper wires together. White to white, black to black, and green/red to the green and red wires IIRC.
