First of all sorry for my bad english.I have re-builded ca18det engine. new crank, piston, piston rod etc... the car is completely stock. There is no error given from ECU. Everything seems normal. I have done 1500mile running in.I have walbro 255lph fuel pump. and adjustable fuel regulator @ 2.4 bar at the moment.Everything at factory settings. But a have a problem, sometimes when I make full throttle from 2500rpm , car makes bap bap bap which I can call interruption at 4000-4500rpm. but not everytime. If I press gas pedal slowly from 3000rpm it goes to 7000rpm with no problem.

what can be my problem ? If you can help I would be very happy.thank u.

Check for for leaks in your intercooler plumbing. Make sure you fuel pressure is not dropping off under load. I don't know what fuel pressure regulator you're using, but watch that as well. Since you're getting no codes on your ecu, pay close attention to the areas and components I mentioned earlier. Let us know how it goes and good luck.

This also sounds like it could be an ignition problem. Often the ignition system will work fine until it's under load. Download the Factory Service Manual from the FAQ at the top of the forum. The procedure for testing the ignitor and coil packs is listed in there.

Good luck and keep up posted.

common problem, but not the problem with your car. Hook that up tho...u gotta run a new wire from the knock sensor to the ecu.

His location says Ankara which is in Turkey so I would imagine his isn't swapped.
