Just bought a brand new G35x a few months back. Love the car. The only thing that bothers me is that the distance to empty reading never fills itself in on it's own. I either need to go into the trip computer then go into fuel averages then back up a screen to get the computer to fill in the info. Sometimes I go through this and still get ** in the readout. Anyone else having this trouble or a VERY long delay before the car actually give you a number?

Mine resets itself upon fill-up automatically. In fact, if I park on a hill and bring it up the next time I start the car, it adjust according to what it thinks teh gas level is. I'd say get it serviced under your warranty.

This is exactly what mine does as well. Take it to the dealer for some warranty service like Kwik said.

So you don't get any delay at all when you go the screen? Any at all?

No delay. It changes as I drive and the way I drive. Just as the MPG chages.
