Trouble starting my car

Hey I need some help

I have a 06 350z and it won't start it has fuel and spark but won't start up.
one thing I did find was the car had a dealership tracking divise that was messing with the car, I have completly removed it but still won't start any suggestions?

So the car didn't start. you removed the immobilizer and since it still won't run you have no idea if you added to the existing problem? How do you know you have spark? how do you know you have fuel? Have you checked the ecu for codes? The likely suspect would be the cas, unfortunately with these cars you often need the consult 2 or the diagnostics can be very lengthy, the fsm details the process and is available in pdf form here. Also I'm deleting your duplicate thread.
