trouble shoot my turbo KA

Ok ever since I did a KA motor swap in my car I have ecu code 13 for coolent temp sensor? its pluged in and I used the same manifold as before so the sensor is the same... whats the deal? the car also has a rough time starting. especially when warmed up. and today It took an hour to start. can anyone help? oh and my horn went out but the fuse is OK..

so I have three problems anyone got any solutions?

Sound like the coolant temp sensor has gone bad. Don't know the cause but that appears like what's going on. The colant temp sensor can cause the car to have problems starting. This sensor along with some others affect fuel injectors.
