Trouble replaceing alternator belt

My belt snapped and im having trouble finding the tensioner to take the other belt off. Ive tried looking, searching and asking shops. Can someone helt me by letting me know where the location of this is so i can replace my belt. Thank you

The power steering belt? its built into the pump bracket similar to the alt's.

ya i need to take that belt off to put the alternator belt on. and ive seen that braket uuder the power steering . so its those two brackets that need to be messed with in order for the belts to be replaced???
