Trouble installing hid's into fog lights

Hey all, I was finally able to get some time to be able to install my all the parts for my fog lights and HIDs.

But it has come down to it being more trouble than a quick plug and play.

the fog lights I bought are spyder projector halo fog lights from autoanything.com I can install those in fine with the original halogen bulbs they have,
but when I swap out the bulb with the HID's, they end up sticking too far inward. thus causing it to bump and grind into the water reservoir (passenger side).

Has anyone run into this sort of problem when doing this? If so, What was your solution?

hmmm..projector fogs. my brother inlaw had the same problem when he built his own projector headlights on his ford..he bought the 35w HID kit that had "mini bulbs". the bulbs wer almost half the length of a standard hid bulb. hope this helped bro!

can you ask him where he got those mini bulbs? I guess I should add in that this is the ddmtuning kit if that makes any difference.

i think he just searched on ebay and bought a set. DDMs lights are good, with ebay its kind of a gamble..performance wise.

ddm doesnt sell mini bulbs though
