trouble getting redtop started again???

i was trying to get my aem ems (plug n play 30-1601U) running with my setup n after to many problems i decided i'd let my tuner shop take care of the initial setup. but when i went back pluged in my stock ecu and reconnected everything the way it was, can't get it to start. checked all fuses and nothings bad. (PS the car ran fine befor i started F'ing around with everything)im noticing my fuel pump isnt kicking on. the fuel pump relay wire going to the ecu (pin 104) has power going to it when the key is on, but the pump isnt running. if i ground that wire it kicks on but still the car wont start???

isn't the fuel pump supposed to be running while the key is "on"?please help!

Any error codes? Open up the ECU and see if there was a short circuit.
