trouble codes

hi..I have a nissssan xe 97, 4cyl pickup truck that has an "check engine soon" light on. I had it taken to the shop and It posted a code P1320 which indicates an ignitional signal problem. The shop said that it was in the distributor and that it needed to be replaced, which I did for 450$. Now the problem has come back and it's still swaquing the same error code. What 's up? Anybody have any ideas?

I dealt with this recently I cant remember exactly what it was at the moment but I do recall at first I too thought it was the dist but it ended up being something else. Give me a bit and I will reack my brain and see if I can remember the fix. For some reason I think it might have been an ecm. Not sure though so hold off a couple days and let me see if I can remember it or have something to refresh my memory. Yours is the one with the coil incorperated in the dist I believe.
