Trouble Code PO440 & PO446

Hey All

Does Anyone know how to solve those problem? I took the car to Nissan. they said that I would have to replace the Vavle and Vent control need to replace. there is a smaller amount of the oil leak also

they said $440, i was wondering, is it necessary to replace it or can smeone pls give me some idea?thank you

Just buy the vent control valve online at a dealership its cheaper and do it yourself its easy. i had the same problem.
