triple projectors connection

soo i bought a silvia front end recently but didnt realize that the headlights didnt have bulbs or any connections ive searched and search and cant find how to i guess essentially make your own connections i hope im making sense i really need to do this so i can drive at night

I also had this question once, I think the bulbs are H10 and H4 and you can probably find connectors on ebay

naaa that didnt help much thats for bricks thanks though and its not really what kind of bulbs i need its how i can connect them because i have no idea

I dont remember the bulb type, but I think low and fog are H3's and high beam are like H3c's IDK IDR. fog light wiring is separate from headlights, and headlights are plug and play to your flip-up head light lens/bulb three wires. You know one wire low(+), one wire high(+), and common ground wire(-).

Once you get the correct bulbs in place you will most likely have to make your own harness. I had to do it with my tripples. The easiest way is to wire the lows and fogs together then your ground and highs will have there own connection...you can get a universal headlight connector at almost any autopart suplier to make it look factory clean. It really only takes a few minutes per side. Mine work perfectly.

Here I stole them off of ebay, haha. Duals baby Like I said this harness for low/high is plug and play on S13, you have to make your own wiring for fog lights. And if you dont have that JDM S13 bulb harness, I'm sure you can make your own harness, bulbs just have blade type terminals nothing fancy.

There is a plug by the battery, look in there , it has a dummy plug over it, that is for your fogs. You will also need to install a fuse, and relay in engine bay IIRC. and if you have JDM fog switch, there is a plug inside car behind dash/gauge bezel.

If you do your fogs this way they only work with low beams, most people change that so fogs are independent of all lights.

But use the oem fog harness, so you wont have to mess with running wires and ****.

Thats the info that Im pretty sure is correct. It worked for me. Im running H3s in my highs and lows with HIDs. My fogs come on with my running lights then the next click is lows. Then forward is highs/lows/fogs simultaneously.

Damn...Sorry about the link.

But yeah, the fog lights come on with my running lights (Fogs/markers/tails). Thats the first click on the stalk. The second click brings the low beams on aswell (Fogs/lows). Then if I push the stalk forward to the normal high beam spot I have my highs come on aswell (Fogs/lows/highs).

I did kinda the same thing. 1st position on the switch as well as the pop up/ flip up lights switch to turn them on and off. I also wired the pop up switch to the ignition so if i ever forget to turn them off they eill shut off with the ignition. sorry guys, I'm sleepy, hope that made since.

I did it the way it supposed to be.

Makes for less wiring and all.

Now I just have to hit the wiring diagrams, and change the wiring a little bit, may be put some diode in, so I get two different power sources.

Speaking of conversions.

How did you guys do your front corner lamps,> mine the amber part is turn signal, and the with part is on as parking lamp.

And the front turn signal (amber) I put the US bulb sockets 3 wire, so I got parking and turn like my old Zenki(pig) front.

Yo see this fuse box coverTop row from bottom with fuses, right corner, it says FR FOG, I used that , and relay in the other box by air cleaner. And used the gray 2 wire plug by battery.This ways there is a whole lot less wiring work that has to be done IMO.

But there is multiple ways to achieve same results.

Using that relay turns the fogs on when you turn the lights on. Which is only useful if you want the fogs on when your lights are on. It's a better solution than the typical hard wire the fogs to the same circuit as the low beams, at least.

Personally, I wrote my write up so that the foglights would be independent of the headlights and cut off when you switched to high beams (much like a factory setup)
