Probably add half a second or so to get your real time...the wheelspin screws up the results. (GT thinks you're doing 10-20 mph when you're standing still or crawling before the tires hook up.)unknow wrote:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yh8HOKkZCM
Mods:Stillen Header, 2.25 custom exhaust with no cat, BD Premium tune 2+ advance timing.
My best was 14.7 but I was unable to record that :p, I'm waiting for my K&N intake to come so I will retest again hope fully I will get even better results, I will also take it to the track so I can verify if BD performance testing is accurate or not.
yeah you should give it a try I want to see what 6MT can do tooESP wrote:14.7?!?!?! From a 2.5 CVT? Whoa...I really want to try out my 6MT on the track now!
The BD tune is awesome it's dropped about a sec from 0-100 (0-62 MPH)When I was stock I was getting about 8.4-8.6, after applying the BD GT tune I got 7.5-7.7. but not much of gain after that only I feel the power when I come to complete stop and push, I can hear my tires spin with the BD, without the BD not even a little.crayzitalian3 wrote:sick results bro.
my best 1/4 was 14.8 and that was before my headers and bullydog tuner. so hopefully mine will be like yours!
so how do you like the tuner so far?
Yeah but when a I see a 3.5 on the road I feel that my car is not moving :Pchiapetchua01 wrote:jesus your car must be flying
I dunno how accurate the bd is, Can you setup the BD either to start when it's read the speed or choose drag race style tree ( 3 2 1 go ..) which will calculate based on distance and time, Both give almost the same results, But any way I will take my car soon to track so I can get the accurate result1125Altima3.5 wrote:

Hmmmm, "boosted means turbo or supercharger" I have rented many a 4 banger and thrown a BIG shot of nitrous for some fun, I wouldn't mind a tech package in my carLinkNuc wrote:I caLL HUGE BS, We still don;t know what the TDD will do, but I'll race any non-boosted 2.5 for pinks
The OP HAS it and is reporting results from it... so I don't know how you can call BS against video proof. Either way, he said he doesn't know how accurate it is, and even specifically makes a statement saying that his car still doesn't compare to a 3.5. No need to get your panties in a bunch. Let him come back to us with actual track times before you freak out that a 2.5 is as fast as your 3.5.LinkNuc wrote:I caLL HUGE BS, We still don;t know what the TDD will do, but I'll race any non-boosted 2.5 for pinks
I doubt it, unless the BD has an accelerometer in it. Only way to know for sure is to take the car to an instrumented track. Comparing to an ipod only tells you that the BD is as accurate as an ipod. (Although the dynolicious is apparently pretty good.)crayzitalian3 wrote:the bullydog tuner is accurate. when i do my runs, i use the dynolicious app for the ipod and the tuner and they always match up perfectly everytime. there is no way it's off on the time.
