Trip "A" Odometer Reset

I am unable to reset my Trip "A" odometer following the instructions in the owner guide. The trip computer and elapsed will reset but not the Trip "A" odometer. Is there a trick/shortcut to this or another problem for the dealer to take care of.

Press and Hold the A button for 10 secs. That should normally do it. Does the Trip B odometer reset when you press the B button also? if one only reset and you both do the same way of resetting it, then there is a problem.

The A and B buttons are located on the left side dash board , left of the steering wheel.

Thanks for the information on the odometer reset. Boy do I feel dumb!
