I'm looking for a tutorial on trimming fenders. Anybody have pics of the process?

no pics, but it's not too bad, and I've found a grinder with a cutoff wheel is about the best tool for the job

At the bottom of the rear of your front fenders is a screw that holds the fender into the pinch seam. You want to leave enough material there for that to still be effective. Otherwise, you'll want to cut away the inner lip of the fender at the bottom and work around the countour of the body and pull you cut back in just about 1/3 the way up the fender. It's best, cosmetically to roll the edges when you're done. The pinch seam becomes the next place to rub now. I've been able to trim back about 3/4 - 1" of that with the grinder without hurting anything. I've used a BFH to massage any sharp edges left over.
