Hey guys

I just got my qx4 back from the body shop after rolling it. With the new paint the faded mouldings kinda piss me off. The ones on top of the running board Id like to remove and paint with some sort of spray on liner or something, and Id also like to remove the entire roof rack or possibly just spray it while its on the car.

But I couldnt see any hold down gronmets for the running board trim, how do you take it off? Dont exactly wanna pry on my nice new paint.

GLAD TO BE BACK!!! WOOO!

I know this is prob to late but,.........I believe you have to remove the headliner to get to the bolts.Prob easier to do it on the truck, but to prep 'em right withoutrisking your paint.. you should prob remove 'em first.

Ya, I simple painted them on the car, the guy above me is mistaken though, I painted the running board plastic inserts, not the roof strips

Duplicolor bumper paint FTW!
