trim problems

OK, so when I bought my car it didnt have a shift boot, and in looking to install one, I found that I not only dont have the bottom trim piece used to sandwich the boot, but the posts that hold that on are also broken off and there's no sign of the washers. There arent any 240's in the salvage yards around here either. What can save me from dealers prices hell?
