Im just wondering on a red top, is the trigger point on the ground or power wiring? For some reason the injectors are not grounding out but the wiring harness has supposedly been checked over a few times.Any input appreciated.

The ecu grounds them out to fire. They should have a hot wire on them at all times.

Start testing for continuity. Someone missed something.

Make sure you have power going to them. They should be hot all the time (IE, when the key is even in the off position) They get their 12v source from the red wire that serves as ECU backup.

I would make sure that the red wire is connected properly at the chassis -> efi plug beside the battery

I would check all my grounds first, from ecu connectors, engine to body grounds, engine harness grounds, etc. Then I make sure the cam angle sensor works, that's where ecu gets its signal to trigger those injectors.Make sure you got 12 volts everytime on one wire of the injector connector when ignition on. Any codes?
