Tried to roll start my rb25'd s13 a few weeks ago because my starter is shot.

At about 20mph I popped it into 2nd gear and the rear wheels locked up completely and I slid to a stop.

I have a VLSD, ACT 6-puck, rb20 transmission, ka driveshaft. I'm using the ka slave cylinder so I wouldn't have to bleed anything. The motor turns over so its not seized. There is transmission fluid in proper quantity. It rolls in neutral. Sitting in my garage its quite notchy trying to put the shifter into gear.

Is my transmission shot? I know now that you cant roll start the rb25 because of the coil packs, but I'm worried about the transmission.

Also with the q45 maf, 550cc injectors, walbro 255hp, t3/60-1, should I start the car for the first time with the stock ecu, or go ahead and plug in the Power FC that I have? I don't want to blow up the power fc if something is wired wrong, but I know the stock ecu isnt designed for any of this stuff, but I figured it at least run rough.

Sorry for the long post, thanks for any help. I'll explode if I have to remove everything I have done and source another transmission.
