tried to jump start car wrong way radio not working

i connected the terminal up backwards pos to neg... silly me anyway now my radio has no sound i ck pwr from the battery to the amp i am getting 12 volts the radio has pwr but no sound is there a fusiable link somewhere that might be the problem?

lol ^^^Ive done the same thing a while back on my first 240. Nothing happened to it though. Sure its related to the fail jump start?

Fail.Last time a buddy did that it:Fried his ECUF*cked up his ignitor chip andBlew some fusees.

IDK bro check your fuses in and out, check all connections to radio, and check your speaker wires.

lol my radio stopped working too a few weeks ago..it owrked and all..there was just no sound so i took out hte deck to look at it..and the guy i bought it from did a real s*** job wiring it up and i couldnt figure it out so i went to put the deck back in and i heard a small pop and it started smoking so i took it out haha so i made sure all my wires were connected and taped up and it started workind again so i guess chekc all of your wires

I did the same exact thing man so dont feel bad. When I did it, all it did was blow the alt. fuse. Check that if you havnt already. It's on the passenger side fuse box in the engine bay.
