I dont know how those Autometer ones work but I have a rev counter feature in my turbo timer and that works by hooking up a wire to the RPM wire by the ECU.

Look at a typical S13 wiring guide and its the tach signal line for the gauge cluster. Thats where I have mine hooked up.

the tach instructions show that the tach input siganl needed to be hoooked up to the negitive wire on a coil with a distributor. but that posses a problem beause the sr is a dis as you all know. just a little more info if it helps

Try the 180 out wire from the CAS. Oh dont forget that they come pre-set as a V8.

CAS (Cam Angle Sensor) has two output signals. 1 degree signal and 180 degree signal that is fed to the ECU.

According to the pinout I have its terminal 22 on the ECU and it should be white.

Pinout says 30 or 22 I dont know why there are two wires for the same signal....
