I have a step by step on how to clean them.

You really don't have to open them up.

yea my light view was about 3ft up from the ground.now its 14ft. the sun damage was not letting the light out enough to actually see more than 10ft in front of me with out the high beams. Now im afraid of people thinkingi have high beams on.

hey sliding S14 howdid you get the headlight housing open? I'm going to do the process and was wondering how long I should leave it in the oven and how high I should set it too... there's a supra site that does the step by step... but isntead of using their steps for cleaning, I'm just going to use meguair's plastic cleaner and meguiar's palstic polish.
