Yeah their products are great quality. The manifold they make is made in Puerto Rico in a factory that makes many OEM cast iron manifolds. It is an exact replica of a Revhard. A good friend of mine has one on his s14 with a t4. I slotted the runners, reshaped the ports and gasket matched, had it Swain coated and has been holding up fine with no leaks or problems for over a year at 21 lbs of boost.

do you have pics of your work done to that manifold?

why did you have to do this to the turbo manifold, or was it for more power etc?

what if i dont have it slotted, ported etc?

what do you mean gasket matched?

I may have some pictures of it. You slot the flange between the runners that bolts to the head to allow for expansion/contraction so it doesn't warp our cause an exhaust leak. The runners come round on the manifold, I just matched them to the squarish ports of the stock head. I also gasket matched the cylinder head, if the head isn't apart on off the car you can disregard this step. Since the manifold is configured for a t3/t4 the stud holes for the t3 I deadbolted(insert a longer than needed bolt into thread, tighten, cut off what sticks out). Then he sent it to Precision Powder Coating to get it coated.

I don't know about just any, but if they have done any turbo cars or imports I don't see why not.

I checked out the intercoolers and they appear to be made MUCH better than anything sold on ebay. I might try one out when I finish gathering my KA-T parts.

Damn your in hoodbridge? Were practicaly neighbors dude. I could slot the runners and port the manifold out for you if you wanted. That manifold looks really nice btw.

Lol i found this on that webpage i thought it was kinda funny. Under the bulleted section of the specific info for the Ka manifold. At first i read lifetime warranty and thought that was sick, then i saw the other warranty hehe. Who knows what thats about.

1 year warranty! 91-98 Nissan 240SX SE (North America) 93-01 Nissan Altima (North America) Nissan S14, S13 (Japan, Australia) Lifetime warranty!

Edit - Wow the more i look at that webpage the more i like their company. They have a really good deals on silicone, mandrel bends(SS and aluminum), T-Bolt clamps, aluminum oil return flanges, and some other stuff.

I lived in Manasas as a kid, Billton also. It is a good quality manifold. Decent fitment all around with a straight t4. It really is for a topmount setup, you probably could get a small t3 to bottom mount with it but I'm unsure. There intercoolers are good also, a friend has one in a Mustang and I've seen it first hand.

Totally...which is why it's a "supercool" manifold...lol.

Incase you guys didn't catch this about the Revhard and Treadstone manifolds.

This is from Teadstone..."This manifold has to be used with a T4 on center turbine housing, as seen in the pics above. Fitment problems will be encountered when using a T3 or tang T4 turbo. "

So you have to use a On-center turbo...you won't find these on ebay for cheap. So you'll be buying a regular Turbonetics or Garret unit...make sure to figure that into your budget.

This is why I'm not using a treadstone... I've heard a lot of good things about these manifolds from a lot of different people with a lot of different applications. However, finding a decently priced on-center turbo is not an easy task.

For the record. I had a treadstone manifold, very beefy nice construction. (As was mentioned it is just a revhard copy). Now i do have an S13 which remarkably has ABS, and with the oversized brake master/booster assembly the turbo wouldn't fit with the treadstone so ended up selling it and getting a JGS mani.

I have seen pics of people who have fit both the revhard and treadstone manifolds though. So if you don't have ABS and get a shorter booster, I'd think you could fit a standard tangential turbo.

yep this manifold may be superior to my ssac manifold as far as sturdiness, but as far as turbo placement-my t3/t4 will STILL be mm's away from the master cylinder.

UNLESS a t3/t4 bottom mount setup can be done but that just sounds like a *****.
