It shouldn't require more than a socket wrench (well, maybe a torque wrench too), screwdriver, and a soldering iron, though that depends on how your oil return is set up.
Did you get a fuel pump, FPR, boost gauge, and oil pressure gauge? I'm looking at the site at the moment. It's nice that the kit includes injectors and an SAFC, actually the kit is one of the most complete I've seen.
At 7psi, 13s or a nudge under sounds about right. It depends on your tires too.
Be careful with those cams. I know JWT ran into this, not sure about Crower, but they can throw a code. I don't remember the specifics, but the NISMO cams don't do it. I'll try to look it up later because I don't remember the specifics.
