Hello friends on Nico,
I am planning some long distance trips in the near future. All mostly High Way driving. I currently have on 22's with 30 series tires. The ride is comfertable and i have no complaints. Theres no rubbing, allignment in specs, hit bumps and no bends in rim and balances well.
Well to the question. I still have the Stock 18's with the new Bridgestone Potenzas on them. I would like to drive with the 22's with 30's on them. Is there any problems or downsides? I mean any pothole doing 70+ MPH will do damage to a 18 with 45 series just like it would to a 22 with 30's.. Any input? Will i be striaght? I am alos lowered on a Eibach Pro Kit.

38+ views but no replies.... I dont know the true answer to this but what brand of tires are you rolling on?? Other cars roll on 30 series stock dont think it should be a problem. I wouldn't trust some of the off brands though... Ling long, dicente, wanli, etc. etc.I would be more comfortable with tires like pirrelli, michelin, goodyear, etc. etc. IMO :bigthumb:
Also be sure to travel well prepared with roadside assistance, emergency tools, etc.

I am rolling on Kumho Ecsta MXRP.. Very good tire. I just was curious to what others have experienced. Thanks for your input brother. My last car had 20's on 35's and I didn't have problems.

My daily driver is a m45 on 22's with 30 series. I travel weekly out of state, and even gone to Florida (im from Maryland) and I never have problems. I say go for it partner and enjoy the looks along the way
