Transverse Link Bushing

I am going to redo the bushings on the front end of my daughter's 97 J30. I have all the parts ordered (stabilizer connecting rods and tension rod bushings) except for the transverse link bushings. I am not sure if they are bad at this point but would like to replace them if they are available as a piece part versus spending $550+ for two new transverse links.

Two questions:
1) Have others found it necessary to replace the transverse link bushings?
2) Is there a p/n for this bushing? In some Google searches a NISMO p/n 54560-RS590 comes up but no confirmation on fit.
