I'm buying a 91 Q45a with a flat active suspension. The car is in Cincinnati, and I'm in Utah. (I know its dumb, my wife has already explained that to me...)

Anyway, DAS says the car must be have at least 4 inches clearance everywhere under the car.

Anyone have any ideas how I can prop up the suspension so it will go on the trailer?

Carts would raise it up, but them it would need to be winchedonto the trailer. Wonder if Suburban tires would bolt on - LOL

.....uhhhhh, trust me here, bubba, I know what you mean, having heard this for nigh onto 41 years, especially when it comes to my automotive toys! You can handle it! I practice the Woodrow Wilson Policy of "peace in our times"and, just grovel....beats alimony payments!

Yes they do, but at a price. Almost $900 additional for a lowered car, more than doubles the price

I think if he over inflates the tires, there would be 4" under the front, hard to say about the sides, but it might be worth a try.

The spring expanders are a neat idea.

I'll find out soon if this is going to work

Thanks for all your help.
