Transport Question

Ok I am having my new 240 brought home this saturday, unfortunately all I could get to do it was an old style tow truck,the kind with a hook. Now my question is this: There is a little damage to, I guess you could call it the unibody/frame on the driver's side, almost at the end just in front of the factory recommended lift points. My worry is that if the car is towed with the front end on the ground and the rear lifted, could this cause any bending/warping(all around damage) of the body? Or what if it was towed the other way? Just worried about my new prize. Oh and in case anyone was wondering the damage isn't that severe just enough to cause me to wonder. Thanks and sorry for such a long post.
