Transponder Key copy in San Francisco(Bay Aera)?

Sad.., I dropped my I35 car keys into Ocean when I was fishing, it is a master key, so I am thinking to duplicate another master key for the car. Does anyone in San Francisco or Bay Area has experience on key duplication? Is Infiniti dealer the only place I can go to make a copy? how much it costs for making a new master key in San Francisco area?

i would assume so since its a transponder. majority of the time it requires the VIN to be shown to the dealership and they provide you with new keys.
