Transplanting Rocker Arms/Hydrualic Lifters into a 240 KA24E.

What's up Nissan fans! I have a 1989 Nissan 240SX and a 1990 Nissan Stanza. Currently, I have a problem. The rocker arms/ hydraulic lifters need to be replaced on the 240. I understand that these cars have the same KA24E engine, even though it's setup for different wheel drives. I wanted to know if it is possible to replace the 240's rocker arms/ hydraulic lifters with the Stanza's parts. If anyone can help me out with this problem, I greatly appreciate it. Try this..

Find part # for each part your swapping then find part # for other car and same part. if they are the same then your good to go.
